Avery Normandin

Avery is a first-year master's student in the Sculpting Evolution group at MIT Media Lab, where his thesis work relates to manipulating the composition of mixed bacterial populations (e.g., the enteric microbiota) via multiplexed CRISPR. He is also interested in ecoimmunology, STEM education + outreach, and the design-science nexus.
