Doris Roth is a founding member of [kat]alab, an initiative for science, technology, art and open education based in Vienna, Austria. Her main interests are in the interface of art and science, with a focus on Biology based on her background in Molecular Biology. She is currently a Master of Biomedical Engineering student, exploring the field of microfluidics. The performing arts accompany Doris throughout most of her life which leads her to seek the interplay of performance art and science.
