She co-founded Open Cell to provide affordable lab space for startups innovating at the intersection of design and biology. Helene is the CCO of Cell-Free where she focuses on reducing the time and costs associated with protein prototyping to lower the barriers of entry to biology with the ultimate goal of creating consumer products and applications.
