israel sosa

Israel Sosa is a current researcher at the MIT Community Biotechnology Initiative in the Media Lab and is a third-year undergraduate student at MIT majoring in Mechanical Engineering with a focus in Biomedical Engineering applications. He wishes to develop medical devices and medical instrumentation through the combination of knowledge in medicine and engineering. As editor of Metafluidics, an open repository for fluidic systems, Israel oversees the expansion of the community outreach and the collection of shared devices for collaboration around the globe. Outside of work, Israel is a member of the Phi Kappa Sigma international fraternity, an avid poker player, and enjoys watching classic movies.
