Jeff Rousset is a Mid Career MPA 2018 candidate at Harvard Kennedy School focused on strengthening public institutions. While in Philadelphia he built coalitions that won elections and reshaped local and federal policies, including reclassification of the internet as a public utility in 2015. He was a Teaching Fellow with Marshall Ganz at HKS. He aims to spearhead new coalitions and campaigns to win elections.
