LaDonna Allard

LaDonna Allard enrolled member of Standing Rock Sioux Tribe. She is a historian, genealogist and founder of Sacred Stone Camp in the 2016 Water Protectors Movement. Graduated from the University of North Dakota with a BS in History, then attend Graduate School at UND Grand Forks North Dakota. Worked for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe in Historic Preservation, Cultural Planning, History, genealogy, and tourism since 1993.
