Laura is finishing a pharmacy degree at UCM ( University of Madrid, Spain). She is also interesting in DIY equipment for developing drugs and the use of GMOs for shorten and improve the chemical synthesis.

In the field of DIY bio Laura co-founded the Openlab Madrid association, which aim to create a free access wet lab in this city. In addition, she took part in several biohacking events like biofabbing converge and others in her home country

Following my responsibilities within the association she has done some workshops for children and adults and collaborated in the development of some DIY lab equipment.
