romie littrell

Romie Littrell is a creative project director and long-time member of the DIY bio community. He comes from a Biology and Bioengineering background, and for the past 11 years has been focusing on bio-design philosophy and experiential biology through projects such as interactive bio art pieces including Blue Morph and Bioforge, founding the LA Biohackers community lab, and leading award-winning interactive exhibitions Body Metrics and the Biodesign Studio. He is currently producing Art-Science residencies with the Pratt Institute and Guerilla Science in Brooklyn, bringing together scientists and artists to create interactive installations and events for audiences with low affinity for science.
